The Baldwin Styled Shoot - Part One
You may wonder why photographers do styled shoots. A little background on this styled shoot was it started with me meeting Jane at the Baldwin School in December. She wanted to show me the venue and have me photograph some events there. Almost three hours later, we were in the works for a styled shoot with seven other photographers I know. Styled shoots are a creative outlet for a collaboration of local vendors, creative and networking professionals. The Baldwin School wants to grow their social media presence showing off the versatile space for all kinds of events and weddings. Each vendor benefits from a styled shoot in a unique way.
The vision for this set up was an intimate boho themed elopement with the colors green, gold, white and purple. Jamie and Morgan are recently engaged and were so amazing to work with. There is such true chemistry between these two and they were so much fun to work with. Their "bridesmaids", Kim and Alex from thestyles were strangers up until that day. You would have NEVER known. That is what happens when you work with incredible and personable people. Genuine relationships and emotions are captured. You would have thought these four have known each other for years.
