I have taken a spin class before, but never have I seen a workout class that was 30 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of boxing! Kayla and Jodi are two inspirational and motivated women who push but encourage you during these workouts! You feel full of self confidence even while panting and sweating profusely. Their studio is absolutely beautiful and you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through their doors.
